Our studio is situated in Warwick Street in the heart of Earlsdon. We aim to provide an inspirational, calming space. Our daytime classes boasting warm sunlight with our many windows and our evening classes dimly lit lanterns and candle light, adding relaxation and tranquillity to your experience with us. Coventry Pilates Studio is open to anybody and everybody to practice, along with towels, mats, head cushions and blocks not to mention a host of Pilates props to maximise your workout with us.
Over the past 14 years our highly trained instructors have taught 1000's of people the many ongoing benefits of Pilates, with a minimum 20,000 teaching hours for some of our instructors. Plus thousands more hours between us! Trained by the top Pilates and yoga Training providers, along with 2 Back Care professionals' Qualifications including: Low back pain, neck, shoulder, hip issues, Pilates for the Older person, Osteoporosis Management, Scoliosis Management, Facet Joint issues, Vertebral Disc Bulge Management and Hypermobility.
Our reputation that has built by word of mouth. Due to demand we opened Coventry Pilates Studio where, and are able to offer a wider variety of Pilates and Yoga classes whilst still teaching some existing Earlsdon Classes at different venues.
