Rachael has worked in the fitness industry since 2006 teaching a variety of group exercise programmes and prior to this worked as a professional dancer in London.
Rachael originally started taking Pilates classes to build core strength and decided to complete a Stott Pilates Matwork qualification in 2010. For the past 6 years she has worked in London and in Coventry since 2014 as a Pilates teacher delivering group and one to one sessions. Over the past 6 years Rachael has taught a variety of Pilates clients from the general public to footballers and professional dancers. Rachael has personally had experience of Pilates through pregnancy and post natal Pilates care. This allows her to be more confident in understanding problems that can arise during pregnancy and after birth. Rachael is currently on Maternity leave and will be rejoining the team in 2017.

YMCA Stott Pilates Essential Matwork, Essential, Intermediate and Advanced.
